Tonya Nash started the Autism Faith Network in 2016. Under her leadership, the network has grown exponentially and has educated over 10,000 people about autism!
Tonya received her Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Soon afterwards, she became a Certified Health Education Specialist. In 2017, she received her certification in digital health communication from Tufts University.
As the mother of two autistic sons, Tonya is very passionate about autism awareness. She uses her Christian faith and career as a public health professional to skillfully educate faith-based communities about autism in a way that all people can understand. Tonya has high aspirations for the Autism Faith Network and we can’t wait to see it all come to pass!
