We are excited to share that our 2024 Manna from Heaven Initiative will kickoff on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 8:00AM EST. Manna from Heaven provides $50 grocery store gift cards for autistic persons in need of food. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Kroger and Publix for donating gift cards for the initiative this year!
Who Can Apply for Manna from Heaven?
- Autistic persons
- Parents or guardians of an autistic person that lives in their home.
When Can I Apply?
- Monday, October 21, 2024 at 8:00AM EST.
- We will delete applications received before October 21, 2024 at 8:00AM EST.
How Do I Apply?
- Applicants will apply using a secure form on our website.
- A link to the secure form will be available closer to October 21st to avoid an influx of ineligible applications.
- Tell us your name, gift card recipient’s name, address, email address, and phone number.
- You must provide proof of an autism diagnosis. This can be an IEP or medical record from your healthcare provider.
- Choose to receive a gift card from Kroger or Publix.
- Read carefully through the terms and conditions.
- Submit your application.
How Do We Choose Recipients?
- We will select the first 54 completed applications. We will not hold a space for applications without proper documentation.
- Applicants chosen to receive a gift card will be notified via email within one week after applying.
- Recipients must reside in the continental United States of America.
Anything Else I Should Know About Manna from Heaven?
- Gift cards for Publix are very limited, so those will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. Once those gift cards are distributed, applicants will be offered a Kroger gift card. No other gift card options are available.
- Recipients will receive their gift card via mail. Receiving an e-gift card is not an option. Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We will not mail additional gift cards for incorrect addresses.
- Your personal information is used for verification purposes only. We will not sell, rent or share your information with others.
- Do not apply if you do not have a financial need. It will hinder another autistic person who is truly in need.
