Our 2026 Space to Belong Initiative will provide up to $100 worth of sensory supplies for places of worship desiring to start a sensory room or sensory corner. Registration will open on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 8:00AM EST. Here are some details for the application process.

We want the application process to be fair for everyone, so no early applications will be accepted. If you apply before Monday, April 13, 2026 at 8:00am EST, your application will be deleted. Once registration begins, we will accept applications until we reach 30 places of worship.

The first 20 places of worship with a completed application will be contacted via email. Each applicant will be provided with a Leadership Consent Form that must be signed within two weeks. If the Leadership Consent Form is not returned within the two week deadline, then your place of worship is no longer eligible for Space to Belong.

Applicants 21 – 30 will be notified via email that they have been placed on the waiting list. If any of the first 20 applicants do not submit their Leadership Consent Form on time, we will invite individuals from the waiting list (in the order they applied) to take their place. A Leadership Consent Form will be emailed and it must be signed and returned within two weeks. Please note: Being on the waiting list does not guarantee selection.
