We had a wonderful time at the Together Conference! This one day event was designed for churches desiring to create more inclusive places of worship for people with disabilities and their families. The event took place on Saturday, August 20th at Church on the Main in Snellville, GA. We hosted a vendor table and our Board President, Tonya Nash, presented at a breakout session. Our board had the opportunity to meet people from all over the United States who are passionate about serving those with disabilities and their families!

Here are a few pictures from the event!

We hope that you will consider attending a conference that focuses on ministering to those with disabilities and their families. This is an area of ministry that very few churches have focused on, but one that is very much needed.

There are several organizations that host disability ministry conferences all over the United States. Here are a few:

If we had the pleasure of meeting you at the Together Conference, we certainly hope to stay in touch!

We all can have a positive impact on our places of worship, making them more accessible and inclusive for those with disabilities and their families. Over the next few days, take some time to think about how you can create a sense of belonging and inclusion for those with disabilities at your place of worship. Keep in mind that even small steps can make a huge difference!
